DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders will be delivered through Courier Services to the shipping address indicated by you. Orders are shipped on business days ONLY (Monday – Friday, excluding Malaysia National Holidays).
Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 5 – 7 working days after order verification and credit approval. Please provide the CORRECT shipping address where someone will be home to receive the parcel and a VALID phone number, otherwise, you will be informed to collect your parcel from the nearest courier office or other arrangement must be made.
Orders are shipped within Malaysia only (including Sabah and Sarawak). We do not ship to P.O. Box address.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All orders are checked before shipping out to our customers to ensure that all items are in order and in good condition.
All items sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable. We have adopted services from reliable courier services to ensure that your order reaches you without any defect. In the event that wrong goods are received, damaged or defected, kindly please contact us at puteri@dewoodpanel.com
